Our company specializes in the packaging of megawatt-class solar power electric generating facilities. These "Solar Utilities" will be privately owned as an Independent Power Producer and will sell "green electrons" directly to a commercial or industrial end user under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement. Excess power will be sold to the grid under a net-metering arrangement and time-of-use power rates.
